Application Fee

A refundable application fee of $100 may be required during the rental application process.

• Other situations approved by Daisy AUS Property management.

Non-Refundable Situations

• False or misleading information submitted.
• Fraudulent or altered documents provided.
• Applicant withdraws after review has begun.
• Violation of application requirements.

Refund Processing Time

Once a refund request has been approved, refunds are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution or payment provider.
